Desser & Co Ltd has a proud heritage in the furniture business, spanning five generations since 1919.
In recent years, we have been proud to be producers of sustainable wicker furniture which promotes Fair Trade ethics. This is accompanied by a low emission business plan, ensuring that all of our customers have environmentally friendly furniture in their homes and gardens.
The crops that our rattan is produced from also has huge social significance. These harvests help to support numerous communities across Indonesia, providing people with a regular income and a steady industry for certain work. Here at Desser, we do our utmost to support these communities that we source our rattan from.
